OMORI is a super unique RPG with deep psychological themes, made by Omocat. It first dropped on PC and got a ton of praise for its complex story, standout art style, and the way it dives into heavy topics like depression, guilt, and trauma. These days, it's available on multiple platforms, including consoles. There's even a mobile version out there, though it’s kinda unofficial.
Gameplay
OMORI plays like a classic turn-based RPG but with a twist. It features a unique emotion system where your characters can feel one of three main emotions during battle:

Happy: Boosts your critical hit rate but lowers accuracy

Sad: Increases defense, lowers attack, and replaces lost HP with Juice

Angry: Increases attack but lowers defense
It works kinda like rock-paper-scissors and adds a cool layer of strategy to combat. On top of that, you’ve got Follow-Up Moves where characters can team up for special combo attacks that deal serious damage.
Outside of combat, exploring the world of OMORI is one of the best parts. You move between two main settings: Headspace, a colorful dreamlike world, and the Real World, which is a lot darker and more grounded. The game’s packed with puzzles, side quests, and hidden secrets that make exploring feel rewarding and memorable.
Story
The story is really the heart of OMORI. You play as Omori, a quiet kid living in the strange world of Headspace. As things progress, it becomes clear that Headspace is a reflection of the main character’s inner trauma and guilt. You switch between Headspace and the Real World while trying to uncover what really happened to your childhood friend, Mari.
The narrative hits hard and explores serious themes like:
